This data protection policy is valid for Landbell AG. We attach great importance to the protection of your personal data and comply strictly with the provisions under data protection law. Unless explicit consent has been given otherwise, personal data are only collected in the extent required for technical reasons or for purposes associated with the maintenance and improvement of our websites and will in no event be sold or passed on for any other reason to third parties outside our group of companies or other than our service providers. The following policy provides you with information on how we ensure said protection and what data are collected, processed, used and, if applicable, passed on for what purpose.

1. Data processing on this website

Your visit to the website is recorded in the log. The following data, which your browser transmits to us, are captured in particular:

  • The IP address your PC is currently using
  • Date and time
  • Type of browser and version
  • Your PC's operating system
  • The sites you visited
  • Name and size of requested file(s)
  • as well as the URL of the referring website, if applicable.

We are, as a rule, not able to identify data subjects and do not intend to do so. These data are collected for data security purposes, for optimising our internet offer and for analysing errors. Furthermore, we use tracking technologies and create user profiles for marketing and optimisation purposes, whereby the data used are rendered anonymous. It is impossible to connect this information to specific personal data. No personal surfer profiles or the like are created or processed.

2. Contact information

Furthermore, we only store personal data that you yourself provide in our contact form for the purpose of establishing a contact. The input and contact forms contain information regarding the purpose of the data requested in the respective form. Such data are transmitted through the internet in encrypted form (by selecting an https connection).

We will only use the personal data that you provide through our web portals (volume stream and volume reporting portal and the Landbell EASy Shop) or via email for corresponding with you and for the purpose for which you provided the data. Processing of personal or business data in connection with the use of our web portals is subject to the applicable terms of use. You are naturally entitled to object to our use of your data at any time. Where an option to enter personal or business data exists outside the web portals, these data are disclosed on an expressly voluntary basis. These data are disclosed to third parties only with your express consent, or in the extent required for performance of a contract and/or its technical implementation, or if we are obliged under provisions of law or by a judicial decision to release data to public authorities or other government institutions.

Whenever we use service providers to perform and settle processes, the contractual relations are designed in accordance with the provisions in the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). In this case, we will ensure in particular that third parties are obliged to maintain data secrecy and that all the ten points set forth in Section 11 of the German Federal Data Protection Act ("Commissioned processing of personal data") are regulated by contract.
Log files are usually only analysed by the administrator to identify and analyse errors and are deleted after 6 months at the latest.

3. Right to be informed

If you provided us with personal data and no longer agree with the storage of your data or your data have become incorrect, we will initiate erasure or blocking of your data upon receiving a respective notification or perform the required corrections (in the extent that this is possible in accordance with the applicable law). 4. Storage of data provided

Personal data submitted to us through our website are only stored until the purpose for which the data were provided to us is fulfilled. If specific preservation periods under commercial or tax law apply, the storage period for certain data may amount to up to 10 years.

6. Disclaimer with regard to external links

As far as this website contains links to other websites, we point out that we have no influence whatsoever on the design and the contents of pages that are connected by a link and that we are not responsible for their contents. If you use our web shop with the respective access authorisation in your capacity as a dealer, the entire data exchange will be encrypted by using the https protocol.
